Updating Your Android Operating System (Versions Below 14)
- Open Settings on your device.
- Scroll down and tap About phone or System (this may vary by device).
- Tap Software update or System updates.
- Select Check for updates.
- If an update is available, tap Download and install.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and restart your device if required.
Updating Your iOS Operating System (Versions Below 17)
- Open Settings.
- Tap General.
- Select Software Update.
- If an update is available, tap Download and Install.
- Enter your passcode if prompted and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
