The Card App link is not appearing in the mobile banking app:

  • Make sure both your phone’s operating system (OS) and the Renasant Mobile App are updated to their most recent versions. Once those are updated, then check for the Card App link within mobile banking.
    • If the link is still not visible, force close the app, then remove the app and download it again. Once those steps are taken, then check for the Card App link within mobile banking.
  • Power you mobile phone off and back on.
    • Check for Card App Link
  • Force close the app from background, then check again the following day for the Card App within mobile banking.
  • If issues persist, call customer support at 877-367-5371.

The Card App install is hung in a loop:

When you click on the Card App link within mobile banking and step through the process of downloading the app. The process then instructs you to sign in to the Renasant Mobile app, the Card App should launch and doesn’t. This leads you to click the Card App link again and takes you back through the same process.

  • Make sure both your phone’s operating system (OS) and the Renasant Mobile App are updated to their most recent versions. Once those are updated, then check for the Card App link within mobile banking.
  • Power you mobile phone off and back on.
    • Check for Card App Link
  • If the Card App process is still in this loop, remove the Renasant Mobile App from your phone and re-install the app.
  • If the Card App still doesn’t install, force close the mobile app and try the next day after a nightly update.
  • If issues persist, call customer support at 877-367-5371.

Card Controls
