Melissa DeCarlo is a Senior Mortgage Banker with Renasant Mortgage Lending with more than 26 years of lending experience. She has a passion for creating homeownership opportunities for families and is experienced in residential, conventional, FHA, VA, Portfolio, renovation and construction lending.

She is married to her spouse, Paul DeCarlo, and has two daughters who all reside in and around the Birmingham, Alabama area. Melissa has served with several civic organizations in the Birmingham area such as the American Heart Association, Family Connection, Greater Shelby Co. Humane Society, Church of the Highlands Serve teams, and Grace Klein Ministries. In her free time, Melissa enjoys reading, watching sports, gardening, and spending time at Smith Lake in Winston County, Alabama.
