We will use your phone number and email address within The First Online and Mobile Banking to ensure a smooth login process to Renasant Online Banking and the Renasant Mobile app on Monday, August 4, 2025.
Four Ways to Update Your Contact Information
- Complete a self-service update in The First Online and Mobile Banking using the following instructions.
- Send a message in online banking requesting an update.
- Request an update in your local branch.
- Call our customer care team at 1-855-257-2265.
How to Update Your Contact Information in The First Online or Mobile Banking
- Log in to The First Online or Mobile Banking
- Remember to save your username for future log in to Renasant Online and Mobile Banking on August 4.
- Click the user profile icon, which appears as a circle in the top-right corner of the screen. The circle displays your initials or a profile picture you have uploaded to the system.
- In online banking, you will also need to click Profile. In mobile banking, you can skip this step.
- Review your email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- If changes are needed, click Edit, update your information, and click Save.
How to Update Your Contact Information in The First Connect Online or Mobile Banking
- Log in to First Connect Online or Mobile Banking.
- Remember to save your username for future log in to Renasant Online and Mobile Banking on August 4.
- Open the navigation menu.
- Select Settings and Security.
- Click Update My Information.
- Review your email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- If changes are needed, click Edit, update your information, and click Save.
- If your mailing address needs to be updated, please contact your local branch or customer care at 1-855-257-2265.
