Card App Update

Renasant Card App has undergone an update that requires all users to update their app before December 16, 2023 for a seamless transition. If you have automatic updates enabled on your mobile device, your Renasant Card App should have automatically updated without any further action needed.

Log in to Renasant Card App or follow the steps below before December 16, 2023 to update the application.

IPHONE UPDATE FOR RENASANT CARD APP

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, log into your Renasant Mobile app.
  2. Click on the Renasant Card App banner.
  3. The following message will pop up: "Update Available. A new version of Renasant Card App is available. Please update it now. Update"
  4. Click "Update."
  5. This leads to the Renasant Card App within the App Store, where you will be required to click the "Download" button at the top of the page.

If you do not have automatic updates enabled and have not followed these instructions to update your Renasant Card App before Saturday, December 16, 2023, you will be required to manually delete and reinstall your Renasant Card App to continue use.

All Renasant Card App users who have not updated their Renasant Card App by Friday, December 15, 2023, will be required to manually delete and reinstall their app to continue use of Renasant Card App.

What if I never got a message to update my Renasant Card App when I logged in to the app?

You have enabled automatic updates on your mobile device. Therefore, the update occurred in the background without any further action needed.
