Dear Former KeyWorth Bank Client,
We are pleased to announce that the merger of KeyWorth Bank into Renasant Bank was completed on April 1, 2016. As a result of the merger, Renasant Bank will be assuming your KeyWorth account(s) and relationship.
This is an exciting transition as we unite two organizations with shared values and a commitment to community banking. For more than 112 years, Renasant Bank has served individuals, families and businesses with a focus on understanding, then meeting the needs of its clients.
Although the legal merger was finalized on April 1 st , the conversion of accounts and services is planned to take place on June 13, 2016.
During this transition period, you will be able to:
  • Continue using your KeyWorth checks and debit cards.
  • Use both Renasant and KeyWorth ATMs and branch locations.
  • Continue receiving your direct deposit for your payroll, Social Security or other checks without interruption, and any automatic payments you have set up will be paid as scheduled.
  • Use online banking and bill pay services through and the KeyWorth Bank mobile app.
  • Make your loan payments as usual.
Prior to conversion, you will receive a guide with valuable information via U.S. Mail about your accounts and any actions that may be needed on your part on or after June 13, 2016. Please review this information thoroughly.

Q: When is the merger and conversion of KeyWorth Bank with and into Renasant Bank?

A: The merger of KeyWorth Bank into Renasant Bank was completed on April 1, 2016. The conversion of items such as deposit accounts and banking systems is expected to take place on the weekend of June 11, 2016. This process will be complete in time for business Monday, June 13, 2016. In the meantime, please continue banking as usual. 

Q: What information should I receive?

A: Renasant Bank is committed to keeping you informed throughout this process. We will begin mailing communications to your address on file the week of March 21, 2016.
Between March 21 and June 10, 2016, you will receive various mail pieces including:

  • Account disclosures and documents required for regulatory purposes
  • A Conversion Guide containing key information regarding your current services
  • Online banking instructions for customers currently enrolled in this service
All of the mailings provide important information for the changes that will take place through June 13, 2016.

Q: Who should I call for questions regarding my account prior to June 13, 2016?

A: A: Please contact your local financial center with any account-related questions prior to June 13, 2016.

Q: Who do I call for questions regarding my account beginning June 13, 2016?

A: Renasant Bank’s Call Center is available to answer any questions you may have regarding your account after June 13, 2016. Please call 1.877.367.5371 to speak with a Financial Services Representative, visit your local financial center or call Renasant Bank’s 24-Hour Account Information Service at 1.800.680.1601.

Q: When may I begin using Renasant Bank branches?

A: You may begin making deposits at any Renasant Bank branch on Friday, April 1, 2016.

Q: Will my personal banker continue to serve me?

A: Yes. The same people you’ve come to know and trust at your local financial center will continue to serve your banking needs.


Q: Will my account number change?

A: Unfortunately, some account numbers will change. Renasant will work closely with these clients to ensure their banking transactions are not impacted. If your account number is impacted, you will receive a letter in early May with further instructions.

Q: What fees will I be charged on my accounts at Renasant?

A: Some fees may change and information regarding any product and service fee changes will be included in the disclosures mailed to you in the coming weeks.

Q: Will my Money Market rate change?

A: We currently do not anticipate changes in our money market rate; however, rates are subject to change based on future market conditions.

Q: Will my loan payments or process change?

A: No. Your loan payment will not change; however, the payment mailing address will change.

Q: May I continue using KeyWorth Bank checks?

A: Yes. Please continue using your current check supply. PLEASE NOTE: If you receive a letter indicating that your account number has changed, be sure to follow the instructions included in the letter. For those who did not receive a letter, as indicated, please continue to use your current KeyWorth supply until your next check order. At that time, your checks will be updated to reflect Renasant’s name and routing transit number.

Q: Will my ACH deposits/debits continue?

A: Yes. There will be no changes to your scheduled automated deposits and withdrawals.



Q: Will I receive a new debit card on or before June 13, 2016?

A: Yes. You will receive a Renasant Debit MasterCard® along with usage instructions prior to June 13, 2016. This card will feature the additional security of an EMV chip and may be added to your Apple Pay® Wallet. PLEASE NOTE: A new PIN (Personal Identification Number) will be mailed to you in a letter separate from your new debit card. This PIN will be different from the PIN you currently use.

Q: Can I choose a new PIN for my card?

A: Yes. Your PIN can be changed by calling Renasant Bank’s 24-Hour Automated Account Information Service at 1.800.680.1601. Simply choose Option 4, enter your card number and new PIN noted in the mailer, and then choose Option 4 to change your PIN.


Q: Will I have access to Renasant Bank’s online banking?

A: Yes. You will receive a letter with detailed information and can begin using Renasant’s Online Banking on Monday, June 13, 2016.

Q: Will I have to set up my vendors in Renasant Bank’s bill pay?

A: We are working through the details on this process and will provide additional information as we move through the conversion process.

Q: Will I need to re-enroll to receive electronic statements (“eStatements”)?

A: YES. Unfortunately, regulatory requirements stipulate that you re-enroll in our e-statement service. A letter will be mailed to all current online banking clients in early May that will provide step-by-step instructions.


Q: Will my KeyWorth Mobile Banking app work after conversion?

A: No. However, Renasant offers mobile banking for both consumer and business clients for Apple and Android phones and tablet devices. Instructions for usage will be provided in the Conversion Guide.


Q: Will I have access to Telephone Banking services with Renasant Bank?

A: Yes. Renasant Bank’s 24-Hour Automated Account Information Service provides quick access to your deposit and loan accounts. Please call 1.800.680.1601 to begin using this service on or after Monday, June 13, 2016.
