Google Pay is accepted at a variety of online and in-store retailers.
Step 1
Download the Google Pay App
Download the Google Pay app from the Google Play store. Click the "Install" button on the page to install the app on your mobile device.
Step 2
Create and Secure your Account
Follow the on-screen instructions for creating and protecting your Google Pay Support. For more instructions, visit the Google Pay Support page.
Step 3
Add your Renasant Debit or Credit Card
At the bottom right of the screen, click the “+” icon and select “Add a credit or debit card.” Then, enter your card information manually or with the phone's camera.
Finishing Up
The app may walk you through a quick verification process, but after that is complete, you are all set. To complete a payment, unlock your phone and hold it in front of a compatible card terminal. The app will open automatically, and payments usually finish in seconds.
Google Pay assigns an encrypted number to your card that is used to complete vendor transactions. This way, most merchants won’t see your actual card number – giving you an extra level of security.
