Why should I schedule an appointment?

We know and understand you have a life to live, so we want to be here for you. Scheduling an appointment will allow us to have a financial representative waiting on you when it’s convenient for you to discuss your needs.

Once I schedule, can I reschedule?

Absolutely. We realize things come up, so simply cancel your existing appointment, and schedule a new one for when it’s best for you.

Can you fit me in today or tomorrow?

We can. While we do ask that you schedule your appointment at least one (1) day in advance to prepare and better serve you, we do offer same-day appointments.

Will I get an email or text once my appointment is confirmed?

You will get both – an email to confirm your appointment once it’s made, and if you opt-in to the automated text message notifications, you will receive reminder texts about your appointment.

How long will my appointment take?

Each appointment is different. Our main goal is to understand you and your financial needs, so we are here for as long as it takes to serve you. However, most appointments take between 25 minutes to one hour.

What should I bring with me to the appointment?

Please bring some form of government-issued identification, any current account information if you are already a Renasant client, and any other information that may help us assist you.

What do I do if I don’t see what I’m looking for?

If you are looking for financial services outside of opening a new personal or business account, discussing existing accounts, or applying for a personal or business loan, please call the applicable number above to speak with a representative and to schedule an appointment.

I accidentally missed my appointment – what now?

Not a problem! Please schedule another appointment.
